FRANCE How to dance Branle Ensemble of old collective dances, in open or closed chain. They progress lateraly on the left and are binary ou ternary. Ternary branles include jumped steps that are more tiring and dedicated to young dancers.
Dancers, boys and girls intertwined, join hands. The basic step is simple or double.
Double branle : 2 steps on the left, 2 steps on the right.
Simple branle : 2 steps on the left, one step on the right.
Different types of branles : in Brittany An-dro, in Macedony : Lesnoto (open chain that progress to the right), in Hungary Csárdás (often 2 steps on the right 2 steps on the left).

FRANCE SPAIN How to dance Paso doble Paso doble means "double step" because it's a 2 count music - 2/4 rhythm – but figures are often performed on 8 counts. Paso doble is the easiest ballroom dance, created by french choreographs on spanish songs. The basic step is a walkstep that symbolizes bullfighting. The male dancer is the torero and plays with the female dancer who is his muleta (red wrap).

FRANCE How to dance Raggajam Ragga for Reggae and Jam for Jamaïca. Raggajam is danced on Raggamuffin music. Laure Courtellemont – inspired by a Madonna concert – had copyrighted this dance on 1996.
She showed it to several international fitness conventions and won the"Talent des Cités" price of RATP on 2003. Raggajam is teached in fitness centers.
